After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Creative Queen Bees containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 7-10 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

Returns on Physical Products and Artwork
Thanks for shopping with us. We ask that you choose carefully when buying artwork. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are will endeavour to resolve any issues.
Creative Queen Bees will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. Refunds are not given unless the product or goods are offered for faulty goods that do not match the description or do not perform to their function. Once we receive your item, we will notify you immediately on the status of your order and either offer a refund or credit valid for 12 months from purchase date.
Returns on Digital Products and Artwork
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit on digital products.
Unfortunately, we are unable to honour change of mind returns for international orders.
Due to the nature of artwork and bespoke pieces, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit on digital products. These are non-refundable items due to change of mind. Please contact us immediately within 10 days of purchase to resolve any issues.
While we take every care to ensure your print arrives undamaged and in good order, no responsibility is taken for damages. Please take extra care when removing the print from the mail tube. It is the buyers’ responsibility to inspect the goods within 48 hours of delivery. We must be notified in writing of any damages upon receipt of goods, including proof of damages during this period.
Commissioned Artwork and Products
The buyer has the responsibility to ensure all made to order and customised items that maybe commissioned are done so with a full brief to the artist and Creative Queen Bees. No commissioned work will be entered into without contractual agreement and payment of a deposit. We do not offer a refund for made to order and customised items due to change of mind.
We offer gift vouchers valid within a 6 month period. Gift vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, nor are they transferable.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Packages are sent via Australia Post. If you prefer register mail please contact us. For all international shipping inquiries, please contact us direct.
Our website retail pricing is strictly non negotiable. No negotiations into pricing will be entered into as displayed on our website with the exception of wholesale enquires.
